Hi Guys,

Unfortunately Farloe Titan finished lame in hes prep trial for ironically he's farewell race , it's a shame as it would have been nice to bow out on derby final night , Titan has kept injury free for most of he's career so it's a bit unlucky , Titan will now stand at stud here with us ,which brings me on to my next point , PUPPIES! We took 19 pups schooling yesterday ,3 of them were Farloe Titan dogs and they went very well indeed .
All the pups chased expect one , she was playing about a bit but I'm sure she will chase in the end .

Shirely Allison commented 15th May 2012

Afternoon All,

I know everyone will  be getting butterflies right now.  Good luck to Max for tonight.  You on your way down Paul?

Really great that Sonic will be in the Plate on Saturday - well deserved, bless him.

Big Tony's last race (Farloe Titan), bless him.  What a great dog he's been for the kennel.  A true star who always tries his best.  What a special night to have his last race.  Truely fitting.

Andy, we'll see you later

Paul Sallis commented 15th May 2012

Hi All,

Great work in getting MMW through to the qtr's, will be down there on tuesday to cheer him on! See you there Shirley,

I was up HG on Sat and Charlie ran a great race, well done charlie and team.

Also like to say great work from the team in getting Klockwork Looney ready for the owners final, was a great night and still buzzing from it now. After taking lead on second bend it looked like the pack might close in on her going into the 3rd only for her to blow them away coming off the 4th and winning 8l going away from the field ! lets hope this good weather stays as with the right going she is very impressive !!

great work and look forward to seeing plenty of you on Tuesday

Mark, Amy & Jake commented 13th May 2012

oi oi max factor!
well done paul, ess and team,be like winning the derby for myself and amy if our beloved max is lucky enough to make the final.
the dog has such a big heart and loves his racing, such a happy dog,did everyone see his tail wagging at trip, pity we didnt get paid at trip max would have had a perfect record and made us rich beyond our wildest dreams lol.
gutted for gary n darryl with sonic would have loved for us both mate and kennel to be doubled handed in quarters.
even my 6-12 year t-shirts dont fit me paul with stress and nerves watching max, started wearing our jakes tops mate to make me look buff lol.

Shirley Allison commented 12th May 2012

Morning All - its been a long time!  Hope all the old faithful are in good form.

Well now, firstly, respect is due to Mark My Words (Max) for getting through to the quarter finals of the Derby.  How exciting. Good luck to his connections - nice draw for the Sallis Camp - for a change!  The Allison duo will be at the track on Tuesday night to cheer him on.

Now I did say 'firstly' above because apart from the excitment  of the Derby, Rock It Charlie won last night with 'quick away'  to his name .... Go Go Charlie - lol!!

Good luck for Tuesday and to all the doggies in their forth coming races.

Gary Holland commented 7th May 2012

Guys, What an outstanding achievement getting Tony the Titan into yet another Big Race Final and he ran with such credit at a fast approaching 5 yrs old, how many dogs can lay claim to this and you should all be very proud of what you have achieved with the dog.

Rich Vicary commented 29th February 2012

A fantastic run in the toughest race of the year, without a doubt. Everyone connected can be so proud of him.

Gary, Can you have a look at the owners pages and answer the same questions then drop me an email please, likewise anyone else who hasn't got an owners profile, I'm looking to get these updated asap.

All the best. Rich

Gary Holland commented 29th February 2012

Still BUZZZZZIN LOL 2 very Proud Owners Here.
Great performance from Sonic last night to finish runner up to Eden Star in the Racing Post Juvenile, he showed great determination coming from last to 2nd & was well clear at the pick up, once he gets the hang of those Wimbledon Traps & pings the lids it'll be Game On.
Thanks Paul Esther & Sallis team for yet another memorable evening. Bring on The Derby :)
The e/w double with Max is still running, best of look to all connections for Friday.

Hi Paul

Congratulation on the success of Tullig Joy last night at Hove It was a great run shall we say awesome. I hope he keep sound for the next year because he is a serious good dog. I would go on say he is the best dog i have seen in a while. Fast trapper and great all around pace.

Dave Gregory commented 22nd December 2011

Brilliant performance from Tullig Joy at Hove last night - Apr 10 pup with only 3 races on his card and a really bright future. Something for you all to look forward to through the Winter!

Happy Christmas and good luck to all.

Gary Holland commented 19th December 2011

Lol Rich I only watch the Produce Stakes & Hove race 5 times a day now you know ;)
I would like to thank Rock-It Kennels for a fantastic year, one that dreams are made of, that Produce night at Nottingham rates alongside my wedding Day & the birth of my 2 sons as the most memorable of my 47 years on this Earth (I know I cant believe Im 47 as well LOL)It still makes the hairs on the back of my neck stand up when I watch it.
I've made some great friends from the kennel & cant wait till next year & the better weather to get Sonic out of hibernation & his well earned winter rest to get him ready for a crack at the DERBY, yes the Derby WoW.
Wishing everyone a Merry Xmas & a Happy & Prosperous New Year with plenty of winners & all dogs coming home safe & sound.
Gary, Daryl & Go Go Sonic
:-)

Rich Vicary commented 17th December 2011

Congratulations to all at the kennels for the success at Hove over the last couple of weeks. Esther will be thrilled to have won a nice little comp with one she bred herself, on her old stomping ground, and I expect Gary is at home watching the race on the hour, every hour! :-) He ran a cracking race for you and he must be an absolute pleasure and joy to own!

Tullig Joy aswell....awesome pace after missing the start. Looks a great prospect for the year ahead!

If anyone would like their owners profile updating, or pictures adding, please drop me a line through the feedback here.

Congratulations to all involved with Max who has been a model of consistency all year round, 4 Group 1 Finals, Winner of Stud Book Trophy and a little ole race called The Select Stakes, he must SURELY be leading candidate for Best British Bred Greyhound This Year and his Mother Best Dam.

Be Lucky and bring the bacon home Max, its nothing more than you deserve.

Well Done to Mark My Words on making another Cat 1 Final this year, all credit to the team for keeping the dog so consistent throughout the year. Best of luck in the final, he deserves a big one for all involved with him!

Congratulations to Rich Vicary and Sean Elvin, and Rock It Kennels, on Klockwork Kazia winning the October Greyhound of the Month trophy.

Terry Veasey commented 1st November 2011

Congratulations on Rock-it Kennels outstanding successes on the Open racing scene and add to that the recent award of Greyhound of the Month (and Hat Trick trophy) for September to Driving Up Local from the Hall Green Owners' Association!

Gerry Monaghan commented 30th October 2011

Are you always this accurate with your predictions ??

"MONAGHAN JACK is another to watch since having found regular consistency in his running. Having clocked a fast 28.48 in A1 recently, he found trouble the next time out but flew home to record another win in A1 company. He since followed this up when being unlucky and finding all the trouble in the race to get beat a shade over 2l. He's one to watch in the coming weeks"

Well done Paul and the team another fantastic run last night.

Gerry & Jackie

Dave Wood commented 16th October 2011
